InZOI offers a dynamic and immersive life simulation experience, allowing players to customize characters known as Zoi, and live out life journeys across a variety of cities inspired by real-world locations. Players can watch and guide their Zoi in building their lives, such as finding their dream career, falling in love, starting a family, getting rich and famous, and plenty more.

InZOI contains different activities and hobbies in which your Zoi can participate to shape their interactions with others and personal growth. Many of these favored hobbies and interests will be linked to the Preferences of your Zoi, which can determine key personality traits and how they react to certain scenarios. Preferences are also customizable through the Zoi card, so knowing all available options will come in handy to assist in creating the perfect character.

All Preferences in InZOI

In InZOI, the Preference System is a key feature that allows players to shape their Zoi's personalities through their unique likes and dislikes. Each Zoi can have up to 10 Preferences from various options across the 7 different categories. Preferences are an important mechanic to consider, as they will directly influence the type of ambitions and activities your Zoi take interest in, their social interactions with others, and emotional responses to certain scenarios or situations.

Preferences can be also selected and customized at any time from the Zoi Card, meaning players will be able to create the perfect persona for each and every one of their Zoi. To open the Zoi Card interface, which can be opened from the toolbar menu on the bottom right-hand section of the gameplay screen. From here, players can change their Preferences, Desired Life, and more. You will also be able to view your Zoi's Skills, Urges, and Ambitions.

For this reason, players may want to select Preferences that will assist them in landing their dream career or following their Desired Life. For example, if you plan to become an Idol or Performer of some sort, the Preferences of Dancing, Singing, or various Instruments may come in handy. Or, if you want to go the pro-athlete route, then Sports and Food Preferences such as Jogging, Strength Training, Meat, and Vegetables will certainly assist rather than the likes of Art, Painting, or Guitar.
