The player notes that they didn't need to contact customer service for Infinity Nikki to resolve the situation or receive their compensation, so it appears that the compensation is rolling out to all players who faced login issues after Version 1.5's release. Players who receive the compensation are notified of their rewards in their in-game mailboxes.

Due to Version 1.5's issues, the Infinity Nikki developers extended the duration of the Chase the Bubbles!, Rainbow Album, Where Are the Gifties?, Floating Bubbles, Rainbow and Pattern, and Adventure Together events to the June 12 deadline, giving players enough time to catch up on content they may have missed out on. Compensation for the Version 1.6 update's maintenance will also be given once the downtime is over.
