Whim Balloons are the same as Whimstars but can only be found scattered around the Firework Isles in Infinity Nikki. Some Whim Balloons will be simple to collect, while others will pose a challenge for players and may require some puzzle-solving skills to obtain.
Once players collect all the available Whim Balloons in the Firework Isles, they should make sure to visit Vita and exchange the balloons for something more valuable, like Diamonds. Collecting all of them will take a while, as some of the Whim Balloons are locked behind a quest.

There are a total of 56 Whim Balloons in Firework Isles. You need to complete the Short Fuse Crew Returns quest to collect all of them, as the final 10 Whim Balloons are located in the cloud area, where players can only explore the area by jumping on the balloons.
