To create Germany, you will have to combine Hangover with Oktoberfest. Both these elements can be created starting with the basic elements: Fire, water, wind, and earth. The procedure is short and easy; thus, you can create Germany early in the game.

Start by creating Oktoberfest, one of the largest festivals in the world that takes place in Munich every year. For the Germans, the celebration is culturally significant; therefore, it makes sense that the combo is required to create Germany. The following is how to make Oktoberfest:

Earth + Earth = Mountain
Earth + Water = Plant
Plant + Wind = Dandelion
Dandelion + Water = Wine
Fire + Wine = Alcohol
Alcohol + Alcohol = Beer
Beer + Mountain = Oktoberfest

Once you have created Oktoberfest, it's time to move on to the next element, Hangover. To create Hangover, you will only need to start by combining Dandelion and Plant to get Weed. You will have unlocked both elements while making Oktoberfest, so you won't have to start over a different lineage to create Hangover. Here is the complete lineage for creating Hangover:
