Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will officially launch on PlayStation 5 on April 17, 2025. Alongside the release date announcement, Bethesda has opened pre-orders for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle on PS5, revealed the game's Premium and Collector Editions, and confirmed PS5 Pro support.
Developed by Wolfenstein steward MachineGames, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle accrued lots of acclaim after its initial launch on Xbox Series X/S and PC on December 9, 2024. The game's Xbox exclusivity stint was expected to be shortlived, though, as MachineGames confirmed a PS5 release for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle in August 2024 as part of Microsoft's broadening multiplatform efforts. At the time, MachineGames had only revealed a Spring 2025 launch window for Indiana Jones and The Great Circle's PS5 port, but the veil is fully off now.

A leaker claims the physical copies of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle for PlayStation 5 come with an unexpected caveat some gamers may not like.
MachineGames has confirmed that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is slated to hit PS5 on April 17, less than a month from now. Pre-orders are now live for three different PS5 editions of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle - Standard, Premium, and the Collector's Bundle (retail only). The Standard Edition costs $70, while the $100 Premium Edition grants early access to the game starting April 15, along with some exclusive digital content and future access to Indiana Jones and the Great Circle's upcoming DLC The Order of Giants. Those who pre-order any edition of the game will receive The Last Crusade Pack, which includes the Traveling Suit Outfit and the Lion Tamer Whip as in-game bonuses.

The $199 PS5 Collector's Bundle of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle comes with a bevy of physical collectibles, including an 11-inch Great Circle globe with a hidden storage compartment, an Allmaker Relic replica, Adventure Journal, and a Jumbo SteelBook display case. PS5 Pro support is also confirmed for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, though details on the exact enhancements remain under wraps. Additionally, a free gameplay update for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is coming to all platforms, which will introduce new whip abilities dubbed Open Season and Sleight of Hand. The former temporarily increases whip damage, while the latter allows Indy to disarm enemies and pull their weapons toward him.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is already shaping up to be a pretty big Xbox multiplatform release on PS5, but Microsoft has one more juggernaut scheduled for an April launch. Critically-esteemed open-world racer Forza Horizon 5 is set to release on PS5 on April 29, just 12 days after Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will launch on the Sony platform. Given that both games target very different genres and audiences, though, it's unlikely that there'll be any cannibalization of sales between them.
