Players with Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: Digital Premium Upgrade will be able to play with 3-Day Early Access, and the official Bethesda website states that the Digital Premium Upgrade will be able to play Indiana Jones and the Great Circle at 7 PM EST / 4 PM PST, Thursday, December 5.
