Immortals of Aveum: Pale Forest Collectibles

Immortals of Aveum tells the story of Jak, a Triarch Magnus with an upbeat personality. His goal in the story is to help put an end to the Everwar, and though players are free to stick to this objective if they want, they also have plenty of time to explore the world of Aveum in search of collectibles.

Jak travels to the Pale Forest during Immortals of Aveum's sixth chapter. Here, players can find 10 Golden Chests and 2 Shroudfanes, but not all of them are easy to get to. It's also impossible to reach some of them until certain parts in the story.

All Pale Forest Golden Chests & Shroudfanes

While it's possible to find a few Golden Chests during Jak's first visit to the Pale Forest, the majority of them can only be reached if he has acquired the necessary abilities and Augments. Thankfully, these skills are naturally unlocked while progressing the story, so it won't take too long for Jak to obtain them.

Players hoping to find all the Golden Chests and Shroudfanes in the Pale Forest should continue the main story until Jak has unlocked the Grapple, Restore, Hover, and Refract abilities.

	How To Get All Golden Chests & Shroudfanes In The Pale Forest	Rewards
Golden Chest #1	Fast-traveling to Windrift Pass, players should head northwest while hugging the wall to the left. Proceeding to the top of the hill and then northwest, the Grapple ability can be used to ride the Leyline. When Jak is forced to let go, he can continue west past the tree to find the Golden Chest. Shroudfane #1	This Shroudfane can be found by turning southeast from Golden Chest #1 and walking forward.	Radiant Health Stone
Golden Chest #2	Turning east and dropping to the area below, Jak should turn left and head through the archway. The Golden Chest is inside the building in the northeastern corner; the only way to get inside is to jump to the entrance on the opposite side. This can be done by walking to the bridge leading north, turning to the east, and hovering across.	Blink Bands
Golden Chest #3	Exiting this area through the eastern hole in the wall, players should follow the path until they see a small wooden bridge. Turning south and jumping over the rocks, Jak can jump to the top of the wooden shed and then to the stone ledge to the west. At the end of this path is a Golden Chest.	8,000 Gold
Golden Chest #4 & Shroudfane #2	Returning to the path and proceeding southeast along the train tracks, players will pass a large circular door, behind which a Golden Chest and a Shroudfane can be found. The door can be opened by following these steps: Hit the blue crystal on the crane with Blue Sigil Magic. Jump onto the log and wait for it to ascend. Jump to the next log. Hit the green crystal to the right with Green Sigil Magic. Face northwest and use Refract on the spiked red crystal above the door. When the red beams of light emitted from the crystal hit the two devices on the left, the door will open, and Jak can go inside to find a Golden Chest and the Den of Kael Shroudfane. Golden Chest #5	The next Golden Chest can be found inside the small house to the north, and like with the previous building, the entrance is at the back. To get in, players should approach the crane and hit the blue crystal with Blue Sigil Magic. This will lower one of the nearby logs just enough for Jak to jump onto it. Turning south, he must jump over the pillar-like rock and then hover until he can reach the wooden walkway. Entering the house, the Golden Chest can be found next to the fireplace.	Azure Gauntlet
Golden Chest #6	Continuing east into the next area, players should follow the wall on the left until they reach a doorway. Just inside, Jak can grapple to the Lash Anchor above to reach a hidden area. The Golden Chest can be found at the end of the path.	800 Ascension Points
Golden Chest #7	From the Rustwater Portal, players should turn right toward the lake and follow the path to the pier. Jumping to the rock, they can turn east to see a blue crystal on the nearby crane. Hitting the crystal with Blue Sigil Magic will cause the log in front of it to lower, allowing Jak to jump onto it. Jumping north from the log, players will find a Golden Chest.	Lancer Javelin
Golden Chest #8	Jumping back to the rock and then to the northern pier, players should follow the path until they see a Lash Anchor embedded in the cliff face. Grappling to the one to the right and then to the one around the corner, Jak will arrive in a hidden area with a Golden Chest.	Ward Ring
Golden Chest #9	Continuing along the path and into the courtyard outside the Tower of Ahtahm, players should turn to the left and use the Lash Anchor to grapple into the building. The Golden Chest can be found inside the room on the right.	1,000 Ascension Points
Golden Chest #10	Proceeding into the Tower of Ahtahm itself, players will need to open the western door to reach the final Golden Chest. This can be done by hitting the two green crystals beside the door with Green Sigil Magic and hitting the four blue crystals with Blue Sigil Magic.
