Having a birthday on this significant day can be quite special, and the same can be said for anime characters who are also born on October 31st. Most of these characters are known for their trickery and cunning nature, so perhaps it was fate that they were born on Halloween.

8 Yuu Kashima (Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun)

A Princely Side Character

Yuu Kashima is a side character in Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun and is well-known around the school for her ‘princely’ looks. She is quite androgynous herself, and her prince-like personality makes many girls fawn over her instead of the boys.

Kashima also enjoys it when the girls give her attention and chooses to flirt with them at any given opportunity. She’s the type of character who aims to please no matter the situation, and it’s this attitude that often gets her into trouble with Hori-senpai, a classmate who she admires the most.

7 Anri Sonohara (Durarara!!)

An Intelligent Character Who Likes To Keep Her Head Down

Anri Sonohara is quite an important character in Durarara!!, as she is one of the main characters' close friends. She’s known for her quiet and timid nature, preferring to distance herself from uncomfortable situations and keep her head down. Despite this, she’s shown to be very intelligent and resourceful, especially after possessing Saika (the demon blade).

Like the main character, she is also a member of Dollars and uses her own way to help her friends out of sticky situations. Anri is an honest and good-natured character, so it does take some time for her to come to terms as Saika’s possessor, only using the blade whenever she feels highly threatened or suspicious.

6 Ferid Bathory (Seraph Of The End)

A Sadistic Vampire Who Enjoys Playing With His Food

Ferid Bathory is one of the main antagonists in Seraph of the End and the Seventh Progenitor among the vampires. He’s actually the one who murdered Mika and Yuu’s orphanage family and the reason for their separation.

Like most vampires in the anime, he thinks quite highly of himself and will never let anyone talk down to him. Despite his courteous attitude, he is very sadistic in nature and loves to play with his prey. This much was seen when he lured Mika and the Hyakuya orphans with empty promises, only to watch the hope fade from their eyes before he killed them all in front of Yuu.

5 Kuromi (Onegai My Melody)

A Free Spirit With A Hardened Exterior

Kuromi is a Sanrio character beloved by many and is quite popular for her role as the antagonist in Onegai My Melody. She’s actually a self-proclaimed rival of My Melody and quite the rebel. Kuromi is rather free-spirited in nature and tends to do whatever she wants, but her tough exterior is what makes her a fan favorite.

In most situations, she is prone to aggression, but the delicate side of her personality often shines through when she lets her guard down around those she is romantically interested in.

When he becomes suspicious of Light Yagami’s involvement as Kira in Death Note, he practically makes it his life’s mission to catch him red-handed. He’s especially good at deceiving his opponents and will often take drastic measures to ensure that they are caught, no matter what.

2 Sebastian Michaelis (Black Butler)

A Sadistic Demon Behind A Professional Butler

As one of the main characters in Black Butler, Sebastian Michaelis plays a titular role in the story. He’s the ever-so loyal demon butler of the Phantomhive household and extremely devoted to Ciel Phantomhive. When in his butler form, Sebastian is flawless in duties and obeys all orders with grace and poise. The same cannot be said about his demon form, which is extremely sadistic and cruel in nature.

He’s quite a cunning character, and because of this, there are quite a few gaps in his moral code. Nonetheless, he and Ciel make a pretty good team, where Sebastian plays the role of the elegant butler in the light and the ruthless executioner in the dark.

1 Tengen Uzui (Demon Slayer)

An Eccentric Hashira With A Caring Personality

As one of the major characters in Demon Slayer, Tengen Uzui represents the Demon Slayer Corps as the Sound Hashira. Uzui can be best described as the ‘flamboyant’ Hashira due to his eccentric nature. Though he is the most arrogant out of all the Hashira, he has been shown to have a caring side to his personality.

He’s also the only Hashira to have three wives, whom he takes the utmost care of. After the events of the Entertainment District Arc in Demon Slayer, he sustained major injuries during his fight with Gyutaro and had to retire from the Demon Slayer Corps. Despite this, he still joined the team and occasionally extended his input on matters regarding the plan to defeat Muzan.
