In Hytale, wood comes in many different types. There are dozens of different tree species in the game, each yielding distinct tree logs when cut down. While all of the woods can be used for fuel just the same, it is a different matter when it comes to crafting.

In Hytale, certain recipes require a certain type of wood, and the game gives little indication as to where to find those types of wood in the game world. If a workbench upgrade asks for Goldenwood, no other type of wood will do. Knowing exactly where to find every single wood type in the game means players know exactly where to go when the demand arises. This guide covers the locations of all types of wood in Hytale.
