Every Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment mission has a recommended level. Although it's possible to beat them before reaching this level, doing so can be quite difficult, especially when playing the game on harder difficulty settings. Thankfully, by completing side content and switching characters regularly, players can ensure that they're always close to the levels recommended. The difficulty can also be changed at any time, so if needed, players can always dial things down a little if things ever start to feel too challenging.
