Imaginary March 7th in Honkai: Star Rail is a Hunt character, which gives the impression that she works best as a solo DPS and not as a support. However, Hunt March 7th has unique skills that allow her to adjust her playstyle according to the team, and must use her Skill to support someone on the team.
Hunt March can fit in teams such as Follow-Up Attack or Break teams, but when it comes to the best Imaginary Hunt March 7th team comp in HSR, March works well to create a "Firefly at home" team or remove the need for Ruan Mei as a Toughness-breaker support.

Yunli is the first limited Physical Destruction unit to join the HSR roster, with some niche relic sets that are perfect for increasing her DPS.
Ruan Mei + Gallagher/Firefly + Harmony Trailblazer + Hunt March 7th
If players don't have access to Gallagher and are confident enough to run a team in the Memory of Chaos without a healer in Honkai: Star Rail, then they can bring Hunt March 7th to help Firefly ensure enemies are weakness-broken. Players can choose a Harmony character as the Shifu to enhance March 7th's Toughness reduction efficiency, and adjust the Element based on the enemy's Weakness, or simply boost Firefly's SPD and adopt the ability to reduce the Toughness of enemies with Fire weakness.
Build March 7th with Break Effect to maximize her Super Break DMG and allow her to shine with her Enhanced Basic Attack.
To take this up a notch, players who don't have Firefly can make a "Firefly at home" team by utilizing Gallagher's constant Toughness-depleting moves. This team clearly will be slower compared to Firefly, but is still strong enough to complete end-game content, even though it's F2P friendly. Just remember that, unlike Firefly's team, this one is limited to enemies with Fire weakness.
Firefly/Himeko + Gallagher + Harmony Trailblazer + Hunt March 7th
The best Firefly team in HSR still consists of Firefly + Ruan Mei + Harmony Trailblazer + Gallagher, but players can remove the need for Ruan Mei by including Hunt March 7th. Thanks to her ability to greatly reduce the enemy's Toughness, Hunt March 7th is effective enough to enable Firefly team without Ruan Mei. This team performs roughly as well as Gallagher + Ruan Mei + Harmony Trailblazer + Hunt March 7th, which says a lot as it means she's strong enough to replace a 5-star unit.
If the enemies have Fire weakness and Firefly isn't available, players can even use Break-build Himeko; she'll complete the stage almost as well as Firefly.
