So, Drying Racks in Schedule 1 are just what you need to make the quality of your weed and coca leaves higher. Players only need to place up to 20 units of product on the Drying Rack and click Dry. After about 12 in-game hours, you will be able to pick up plants of a higher quality tier.
In case of automation of processes by hiring workers, you need to take into account that Drying Racks are still stations. If you simply assign them as a destination for pots, they will not work. Therefore, you will need another botanist who will be assigned to work on the Drying Racks.
