Here are all the steps to unlock the Golden Armor Plate Schematics.

Bad Signal

Getting hands on the Golden Armor Plate Schematic isn't a child's play and requires a lot of effort. To begin, players need to get an Elder Sigil that can be obtained in the Act 4 mission in Zombies Bad Signal.

Upon completion, players will be able to retrieve Dark Aether Rifts. There are many more zombies and mini-bosses in the Rift, meaning players must be well-prepared for an intense battle.

Dark Aether Rift

In this Rift, players need to find contracts available throughout the map. The sound of a rabbit laughing means players are near a contract. Completing these contracts will award players with different schematics; Golden Armor Schematic being one of them. The reward can either be the Schematic or the Armor Plates themselves.

Players might have to complete many contracts in order to find these schematics, so it's better to be fully equipped.

The Golden Armor Plates

This is a new schematic that can help players fight difficult bosses in the game mode by replacing standard armor plates with Golden ones. Once players have successfully exfiled with the schematics, they can craft them in the loadout menu. Once they have been crafted, players can equip them and use them in their next game. They have a 24-hour cooldown period, far less than the cooldown period of the ray gun.
