Who is The Jester?
The Jester is a terrifying monster in Lethal Company, which initially appears to be a harmless jack-in-the-boxe. But once the box has been wound up, it turns into a nightmare known as the Jester. It's one of the most formidable enemies players will encounter in the game.
How to Survive The Jester
States
The Jester operates in three different states during the game. The first one is its passive state. In this mode, the Jester will wander around the facility without causing any harm. The second stage will be its winding mode, which is when the Jester prepares for a battle. The last mode is its hostile mode, when all hell is about to break loose. In hostile mode, the Jester aggressively pursues and attacks players.
The Jester won’t stop chasing until players have successfully exited the facility, or they have all been killed. The Jester is fast, and its speed progresses even more as time passes.
Evading
It is difficult for players to evade the Jester once he’s in his Hostile Mode. Players won't have any option but to exit the facility when the Jester is in this mode. Once he goes from his passive mode to his winding mode, it takes 40 seconds for the Jester to wind up to hostile mode. Once he's wound up, he will play the classic children's song Pop Goes the Weasel. This is the player's cue to leave while they still can.
How to Kill The Jester
Unfortunately, just like the Ghost Girl in Lethal Company, the Jester is immortal. Players cannot beat this enemy, and must avoid facing him at all costs. Although players can stun the Jester when it’s winding up, it only gives them 20 more seconds to flee. Once he's in hostile mode, it's time to run.
