Doomsayer events are one of the new activities added in Season 4 of Diablo 4. Players can find them in the Helltides zones. It is highly recommended not to skip them, as they are the best source of loot in Helltides. Plus, completing the Doomsayer event is straightforward in Diablo. All you need to do is find the Doomsayer NPC, and then kill whatever they turn into.

These NPCs will be found kneeling in the center of a bloody circle. They're easy to sneak up on, because you won't even be attacked if you walk past them. To finally be noticed, you must click on the Doomsayer NPC. It can lead to one of two outcomes:

  • The NPC will fail the ritual and explode, providing easy loot.
  • The NPC will successfully complete the ritual and spawn an Elite, an enemy, or a Treasure Goblin.

In the latter case, you will complete the Doomsayer event as soon as you defeat the summoned enemy. If the ritual fails, everything is even more straightforward, since the event will be completed automatically. In either case, you will receive a lot of loot, including Uniques, Legendaries, and Aberrant Cinders.

Unfortunately, Doomsayer events spawn randomly in Helltides zones in Diablo 4. In addition, they are not marked on the map in any way. As a result, players need to search the location for not the most noticeable NPCs. Pay attention to anything that resembles a bloody magic circle.
