Throughout the player’s exploration of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, they will come across multiple red-lined stone doors known as Mysterious Gates. These gates offer the player two choices, and upon selecting an option, Wuchang will either be teleported to a new location or the gate will open, revealing something behind it.

How to Answer All Riddles Correctly in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers
Riddle Door in Worship's Rise
The first riddle door is located inside the Tang Emperor Palace, right before the second encounter with the Tang Palace Maid, and finding the Palace Hill shrine. You will get the following two choices when you interact with the gate:
- The Winged Ascension
- Feathered Transcendence
The second option teleports you to the Lotus Pond, where you can find the Boatman and talk to him. However, for the sake of the trophy, you must choose the first option, which will give you the Sheng - Lasting Alacrity (Benediction).
Riddle Door in Cloudspire
Soon after defeating Commander Honglan and acquiring the Reverent Temple Key, you will need to make your way through the gate inside the temple and go through a mine. When you reach the Hillswatch shrine in Cloudspire, you will find the second riddle door in plain sight. The options you get when interacting with the gate are:
- Follow the course of destiny
- Challenge the threads of fate
The first option teleports you to a path that leads to the Mort Grotto shrine. This area is not exclusive to the shrine and also doesn't count toward the trophy, so you must choose the second option. Upon doing so, you will find a small secret area in the mine where you can get Kong Wine ×1 and the Bridal Armor Set.
It is important to note that after going past the Point of No Return, you will be unable to interact with these Mysterious Gates, so it is best to choose an option before that.
Riddle Door in Bo Capital
After exploring the fifth region of the game, you will soon come across the Depths of the Capital shrine and the third riddle door next to it. Interact with it to get the following options:
- The grand dream fades
- The wheel turns anew
The second option teleports you to the Shrine Dwelling area, where you can fight the Demon of Obsession and also reform the Causality Key, which is required for an ending. If you want the Sage trophy/achievement, you will need to choose the first option, which opens the door. Inside, you can find the Boatman, who will give you the Ren - Blood Vigor (Benediction).
