  1. Switch on your Steam Deck.
  2. Switch to Desktop mode.
  3. Access the Discover Store and install a web browser if you haven’t already.
  4. After installing Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, access it.
  5. Visit the Roblox website to create an account or log in.
  6. Once you log in, you can play Roblox in the browser.

If you want to play games from other launchers like Epic Games, GOG, etc. On your Steam Deck, here is what you need to do:

  1. Switch on your Steam Deck.
  2. Switch to Desktop mode.
  3. Access the Discover Store and install Heroic Games Launcher.
  4. After the installation is complete, press and hold the left trackpad to create a shortcut in Gaming mode for ease of access later. You can find the shortcut under Non-Steam games in Game mode and in the Linux start menu under Games.
  5. Access the Heroic Games Launcher and sign in to your account of choice.
  6. After following the onscreen instructions, your library tab will be updated with your existing games from all connected platforms.
  7. To install a game of your choice, click on the game and follow the instructions provided. Interestingly, the installer will choose the best version of Wine for the game. However, you can change this later under Game Settings.

Now that you know how to play Roblox and games from other platforms like GOG and Epic Games, make the most of this information. The good news is that you will not have to spend a ton on a Windows-based gaming handheld device to play games on platforms like GOG and Epic Games that are not available from the get-go.
