When you first go into your Inventory menu to see your collected resources in Eternal Strands, you'll notice that there are some locked slots. With only 12 slots open for unique materials (these are used for Salvaging/equipment upgrades), Brynn will eventually have to leave items behind on the ground if her backpack is full.
Of course, you can store items in your chest back at camp, but if you want to unlock those extra Resource slots in Eternal Strands, this is how it's done.
Eternal Strands - Launch Trailer
Eternal Strands is a third-person action-adventure game from Yellow Brick Games. Take a look at the launch trailer here.
After scouting Glintwood Hollow for the first time as part of the Blazing A Trail quest (which includes the following objectives: Look for a second loomgate in Feller's Arch and Look for a Great Ark near the Collapsed Mine), you'll return to the home base.
Using Casmyn's Caravan in Eternal Strands
Speak to Casmyn at her Caravan, and she'll teach you all about salvaging resources for Camp Supplies. These can be used to upgrade the base's functions.
After getting said supplies, speak to Casmyn and use the Upgrade Station. As part of the main story, you'll have to use your first ten Camp Supplies to upgrade Sola's Forge. However, go back to Casmyn, and you'll finally get to upgrade (and unlock) the other stations, including Casmyn's Cavern.
How to Carry More Resources in Eternal Strands
To upgrade Casmyn's Caravan to level 2 and carry more stuff in Eternal Strands, you'll need to make 20 Camp Supplies with Casmyn.
For the level 2 upgrade, Brynn will have 15 slots available in her pack and the scry will be able to pull up to four resources to safety when Brynn "dies."
Players can progress through the story to unlock further advancements to all four of the upgrade stations. If you need more Camp Supplies, just go out into the wild and start exploring, defeating monsters, and breaking containers.
