Honkai: Star Rail introduced a new Destruction-type character, Xueyi, who will appear in version 1.6 later this month. The next major patch for Honkai: Star Rail is on the horizon, featuring a portion of content that will keep players engaged in the gacha-based RPG. As is tradition, version 1.6 will bring a limited-time warp event, during which players will spend their Stellar Jades on the newest banners, Xueyi and Ruan Mei, to assemble powerful teams.
In every update, Honkai: Star Rail players are given more character and Light Cone options to build their team properly. These units and weapons usually become available through warp events, a different type of banner that features a seldom pool. What sets warp events apart from the game's permanent banner is that they boost the chance to drop some five-star units, Light Cones, and reruns. When Xueyi arrives in Honkai: Star Rail's version 1.6, she will be featured in a limited-time event alongside Ruan Mei.

Honkai: Star Rail provides every detail about Xueyi, confirming she is a four-star Quantum unit who hails from the Destruction path. Xueyi can take on the DPS role and deplete enemy toughness to enhance the team's performance. She has a powerful technique that allows her to dash forward and deal Quantum damage to multiple enemies. As a Destruction-type unit, Xueyi will use Nail of the Ape and Extinguished Core materials to ascend herself.

Honkai: Star Rail's Xueyi can deplete the enemy's toughness and gain a stack of karma with her talent. She performs follow-up attacks when the stack limit is reached. Also, Xueyi deals a certain amount of Quantum damage based on her ATK using the ultimate. Players will enhance the character's power by unlocking new Eidolon levels that increase the Break Effect and the damage of several skills.
Apart from units that have their own warp event, Honkai: Star Rail version 1.6 will add new events, such as Planar Fissure and Critter Pick, during which players will complete tasks to get rewards. The Simulated Universe and Memory of Chaos, two of the endgame challlenges, will take Trailblazers to brand-new floors filled with hordes of enemies. Additionally, version 1.6 will introduce a permanent in-game mode, Pure Fiction, where players are given some buffs that help them defeat enemies and earn points. The good news is that it will allegedly offer a free copy of the four-star character Lynx in the upcoming update.
