Recent Honkai: Star Rail leaks have suggested that Version 3.4 will primarily rerun Harmony characters. Honkai: Star Rail's next update will also debut Phainon, a 5-Star Physical unit of the Destruction path that is said to shift the game's current meta.
Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.4 will potentially be the game's biggest update yet. Not only is the patch featuring the long-awaited Fate/Stay Night collaboration, but it's also adding Phainon to the playable roster. The Chrysos Heir is arguably the most anticipated unit of the Amphoreus saga, and leaks about his kit have teased him as the next best DPS in the RPG. Now, recent leaks have potentially revealed which characters would join Phainon in the update's limited banners, as well as details about Saber and Archer's banners.
Honkai: Star Rail Leak Teases Version 3.5 New Characters
Honkai: Star Rail leaks are hinting at more details about both the gameplay and in-game appearance for two new characters in Version 3.5.
A leak from the reliable Sakura Haven has teased which units rerunning in Version 3.4, suggesting that Sunday, Tribbie, and Sparkle would make a comeback along with Phainon's debut. Per the leak, these banners are still subject to change. However, all three mentioned units are among the best support characters in Honkai: Star Rail, so pairing them with Phainon could be a good strategy for the game. On the other hand, another leak from the same source shared details about the Fate/Stay Night event, revealing that Saber and Archer's banners will work with the same pity system as traditional ones. In other words, players will pull for them using Special Passes, but have a 50/50 chance of obtaining the limited Fate/Stay Night unit. Additionally, their signature Light Cones have a 75/25 win ratio.
Honkai: Star Rail Leak Teases Version 3.4 Banners
- Phainon (Destruction, Physical)
- Sunday (Harmony, Imaginary)
- Tribbie (Harmony, Quantum)
- Sparkle (Harmony, Quantum)
If the leaks turn out to be true, Tribbie's first rerun would be sooner than anticipated, considering that she debuted in Version 3.1. However, HoYoverse has opted to rerun Amphoreus characters quite fast in recent updates. For example, Honkai: Star Rail's Version 3.3 banners have The Herta and Aglaea, who both debuted in the 3.0 update. It seems upcoming patches could rerun newer units more often than not.
Moreover, it is worth noting that Honkai: Star Rail previously confirmed that the Fate/Stay Night banners will be separate from other limited banners. This means that players' current pity count won't apply to Saber and Archer's banners, but they will build a new independent count instead. Honkai: Star Rail is gifting Saber to all players as well from July 11 to the end of Version 3.6.
