Honkai: Star Rail Leak Teases New Relic Set
A recent post shared by prominent HoYoverse leaker HomDGCat shows off the new "Wavestrider Captain" Relic set in Version 3.3. The new Relic set will look to heavily benefit Honkai: Star Rail's DPS characters, with its two-piece bonus granting the wearer a 16% boost to Crit DMG. The 4-piece set features a stacking mechanic tied to targeting, gaining stacks of "Help" for being targeted by ally abilities and expending stacks when using their Ultimate to boost the wearer's ATK. "Wavestrider Captain" will launch with Honkai: Star Rail's Version 3.3 on May 20.

A new DPS-focused Relic set could look to be a major boon to one of Honkai: Star Rail's newest characters releasing during Version 3.3. Cipher will join the game as a new five-star Quantum Nihility character, expected to be heavily focused around dealing damage with Follow-Up Attacks and Additional Damage. Cipher is expected to heavily benefit from Crit stats as part of her build, with her unique "Foretold" status benefiting more from dealing higher damage.
Honkai: Star Rail's Version 3.3 is set to bring plenty more beyond the game's newest Relic set and Cipher's release. Hyacine will make her debut during the update as a Wind Remembrance character, expected to provide consistent healing through her abilities and Memosprite.
