Honkai: Star Rail has officially revealed the upcoming gacha banners to be featured in the Version 2.5 update, including a new trio rerun banner during the update's first half. The Version 2.5 Special Program for the popular HoYoverse sci-fi RPG has already given fans plenty to look forward to during the upcoming update to the game. The update will feature a new "Trailblaze Continuance" story set in the Xianzhou Luofu, alongside new Light Cones, new Planar Ornaments, and more. Now, HoYoverse has revealed all the featured characters coming to the game's next update.
The Penacony cycle for Honkai: Star Rail has seen plenty of popular and powerful characters introduced to the RPG since Version 2.0 launched earlier this year. Roster members like Firefly, Acheron, and Sparkle have quickly taken the mantle as some of the game's most powerful characters, while others like Black Swan and Aventurine have become fan-favorites. Honkai: Star Rail officially revealed the next gacha banners coming to the RPG during the Version 2.5 Special Program. The first half of the update will feature new character Feixiao as its limited five-star character, with a special trio banner of Robin, Black Swan, and Kafka running alongside the Arbiter-General. Version 2.5's second half will introduce new five-star character Lingsha as its featured unit, also debuting a rerun banner for popular Fire character Topaz. Version 2.5 of Honkai: Star Rail will officially launch on September 10.

Phase 1
- Feixiao: 5-star Wind Hunt character
- Robin: 5-star Physical Harmony character
- Black Swan: 5-star Wind Nihility character

With plenty of five-stars available during each banner, a multitude of four-star characters will be featured on Honkai: Star Rail's gacha as well. The first half banners will feature Moze, Asta, and Luka as its four-star characters, with the banner serving as Moze's official release in Honkai: Star Rail. The second half of Version 2.5 will give players the chance to pick up Misha, Natasha, and Guinaifen as its included four-star characters. The first half banner will debut with Version 2.5's launch, while the update's second half is set to begin on October 2.
The plethora of new banners coming to Honkai: Star Rail in Version 2.5 will join a multitude of new content in the next update. The popular Divergent Universe game mode will be receiving an update during Version 2.5, buffing several equations and improving Path traits among other changes. Honkai: Star Rail will also introduce multiple new bosses with the update, with new character Feixiao also debuting as a weekly boss within Star Rail. Version 2.5's plethora of new characters and content should make for an exciting update for Honkai: Star Rail fans.
