Players should tackle Simulated Universe World 8 to obtain brand new planar ornaments to power up their teams in Honkai: Star Rail
While the quest is generally straightforward, it involves solving puzzles in a maze. Players will be teleported to the maze and need to find the exit by navigating through these puzzles. Some players may find it challenging to determine the correct actions to navigate through the maze. Here are the steps to successfully complete this section of the Trailblazer Continuation quest in Honkai: Star Rail.
Finding the Exit of the Illusory Maze
Upon entering the maze to find Guinaifen, players will observe multiple doors leading to different paths. After exploring a bit, players may realize that they end up back at the starting point, as confirmed by the MC's voicelines. Despite appearing random, there is a logical pattern to finding the exit by paying attention to the surrounding objects.
To locate the exit, players should go through the doors with one lantern beside them each time. Following this pattern, they will eventually reach a teleport point, saving their quest progress. Here, they will encounter a cutscene and battle Cirrus before progressing to the next part of the quest.
Solving the Vase Puzzles
In the next part of the quest, players encounter two separate puzzles, but both offer similar hints on how to progress.
For the first vase quest, after the combat segment, players can advance until they reach the next room. Here, interacting with the flying talismans (marked by the quest) allows players to read "Nighttale of Fyxestroll Garden: Scene One (Part 2)," providing hints on the required actions. According to the hint, before approaching the door to unlock it, players must destroy all vermillion (red) vases while avoiding any of the cerulean (blue) vases in the nearby room. Fulfilling this condition allows players to unlock the door indicated by the quest marker.
Honkai: Star Rail – Huohuo Build Guide
Huohuo may be a healer in Honkai: Star Rail, but she's equipped with other massive support properties.
After a dialogue with Huohuo, players can initiate the next vase quest. In this instance, the concept is quite similar as players come across "Nighttale of Fyxestroll Garden: Scene One (Part 3)," providing further direction. However, this time there are two steps to this puzzle. Firstly, players must destroy all cerulean (blue) vases while avoiding any of the vermillion (red) vases. Additionally, they will need to pick up the Basic treasure in the middle of the next room, and avoid touching any of the Precious or Bountiful treasures, as tempting as it may be. After completing both conditions, players will be able to successfully unlock the door and exit through a Bronze mirror ahead marked with the quest marker, progressing to the next steps of the quest.
Investigating the Bronze Mirrors
The last part within the Illusionary Maze involves selecting the right Bronze mirrors to exit through. To accomplish this, players need to investigate all the available bronze mirrors and find the correct real voice of Xueyi. Huohuo will also provide hints on the right doors to make it easier for the players. For the first part, the correct mirror is the one on the left side, slightly above with the stepping stones.
In the second area, none of the three mirrors on the main area will be correct, and players need to go to the floating island and enter through this bronze mirror, similar to what they will need to do while searching for the last basic treasure in Fyxestroll Garden. Upon doing so, players will be able to exit the illusionary maze and progress with the rest of the quest.
