As per a Honkai: Star Rail leak, version 2.1 will add three new Light Cones that improve a certain aspect of the wearer. Honkai: Star Rail is now running two banners simultaneously, offering players at least one limited Light Cone or character within 10 wishes. After the release of the second phase of version 2.0, they will likely be replaced with new banners on which Trailblazers can spend their Rail Passes to get unique weapons.

Recently, Honkai: Star Rail has started the closed beta for version 2.1 to receive feedback from a small portion of players who try out upcoming characters while they are still in development. Although it has only been several days since the beta kicked off, some reliable leakers have disclosed details about 2.1, including that it will introduce Aventurine and Gallagher in the second phase. Interestingly, recent leaks have claimed that Honkai: Star Rail players will take on the boss version of Aventurine before completing the next Trailblaze mission.

A new Honkai: Star Rail leak from Dim Leaks has revealed a trio of Light Cones that will be released in version 2.1. The five-star Preservation Light Cone "Inherently Unjust Destiny" increases the character's defense by 36%, while the four-star "Concert for Two" provides the same boost but at a slightly lower rate. As per the leak, Honkai: Star Rail version 2.1 also features the five-star Nihility Light Cone, Along the Passing Shore, which increases the user's CRIT damage by at least 36%. It's currently unclear if these weapons will be available in the first or second phase of update 2.1.

Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.1 Light Cones

  • Inherently Unjust Destiny - Preservation
  • Along the Passing Shore - Nihility
  • Concert for Two - Preservation

Honkai: Star Rail's Aventurine will reportedly use Inherently Unjust Destiny to enhance his survivability in combat. Besides, the upcoming Lightning unit Acheron will wear the Nihility-type Along the Passing Shore to get the CRIT damage boost. The four-star Light Cone Concert for Two, on the other hand, will allegedly work well on characters that hail from the path of Preservation.

In addition to Light Cones, Honkai: Star Rail's next version will feature characters players can use their Rail Passes to get from a time-limited banner. One such character is reportedly Acheron, a Lightning unit of the Nihility path that fits into teams as the main DPS. Based on leaks, she delivers a degree of Lightning damage and works well alongside Luka. Players will have to wait until 2.1 to see if Acheron is as good as rumored.
