The upcoming debut of the HoYoverse sci-fi RPG's fourth playable world has already seen plenty of teasers ahead of its launch later this week. HoYoverse has shown off multiple members of the main cast for the game's next world, alongside teasing its first playable characters in The Herta and Aglaea in Version 3.0. Now, a popular set of past characters may play a major role in the update.
Serving as a crucial part of Honkai: Star Rail's story since the game's launch, the Stellaron Hunters have become a fan-favorite amongst Star Rail players. The group first appeared in Version 1.0, with Silver Wolf and Kafka infiltrating the Herta Space Station and awakening the Trailblazer with a Stellaron. Later updates would introduce players to more members of the notorious interstellar group, with Blade debuting in Version 1.1 and Firefly first appearing within Penacony's story. Honkai: Star Rail Leaks Stellaron Hunter Story Battle
A recent leak shared by prominent HoYoverse leaker HomDGCat is hinting at a notable story battle set to take place during Version 3.0. According to the leak, players will team up with the Stellaron Hunters for an in-game battle, with the new Remembrance Trailblazer battling alongside Kafka, Blade, and Firefly. Silver Wolf will also provide off-screen support, applying weaknesses to enemies hit by Mem's ult as well as special buffs for each character. The battle is expected to be featured as a major part of Version 3.0's story with no confirmation about the included enemies.
The Trailblazer's team-up with the Stellaron Hunters will join the first act of Amphoreus' main story with plenty of hints already given about the world. Honkai: Star Rail's fourth playable world has heavily stylized itself around the Greek and Roman empires, telling of the "Titans" and the war between the Titans and mortals. Amphoreus could potentially include more ties to Honkai Impact 3rd as well, with several new characters coming as the Star Rail equivalent of Honkai Impact 3rd's Flame-Chasers. Version 3.0 will officially launch on January 15.
Honkai: Star Rail's inclusion of the Stellaron Hunters in Amphoreus' story would follow similar trends throughout past worlds. Nearly every playable world within Star Rail has seen some interference by the Stellaron Hunters as part of its main story, with the Hunters appearing in both the Xianzhou Luofu and Penacony. One member of the Stellaron Hunters will also be receiving a re-run during Version 3.0, with Silver Wolf appearing on a triple banner during Version 3.0's second half.
