With the release of version 2.0, Honkai: Star Rail's map has expanded into Penacony, a dreamlike planet that has undergone a transformation after being used to accommodate inmates for years. Besides, these sub-regions hide treasure chests, some of which are locked behind puzzles. While navigating through Penacony, players can collect Clock Credits by opening chests and then spend them on the Clockie Statue to earn rewards.

A recent Honkai: Star Rail leak from Palito has given players a glimpse into a new Penacony area, called Clock Studios Theme Park, which will be added to the game in version 2.1. This sub-region captures the essence of real theme parks, featuring some colorful attractions. One of the in-game screenshots shows a large entrance decorated with balloons and the motif of Hanu, a cartoon character on the planet. Besides this, given the number of chests in other regions of Penacony, players can expect Clock Studios Theme Park to feature at least 15 of them.

Fellow Honkai: Star Rail players on Reddit shared their excitement about the upcoming region, though many wanted to see more leaks about Penacony-based characters. Some also claimed it looks similar to the amusement park in Elysium Everlasting in Honkai Impact 3rd.

Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.1 Will Feature a Variety of Content

In addition to new explorable areas, Honkai: Star Rail update 2.1 will reportedly bring a character selector through which players can unlock several four-star units, including Misha and Gallagher. It will likely be a temporary tool that will be removed at the end of version 2.1. If leaks are accurate, players will also handpick from some old characters, like Luka, Lynx, Guinaifen, Hanya, and Wukong.

Lately, many leaks surrounding Honkai: Star Rail update 2.1 have come to light; for example, one has revealed that there will be a special event for the game's first anniversary, while another has given players their first look at the boss version of Aventurine. Strange as it may sound, there is a likelihood that the upcoming playable unit, Aventurine, will first appear as a boss in Honkai: Star Rail.
