A new Honkai: Star Rail leak hints at the identity of the next playable Stoneheart and their potential abilities. The last Stoneheart to join the Honkai: Star Rail playable roster was Jade in Version 2.3, making her third on this list. Since then, players have been wondering when another member of the IPC elite will become available.
The Ten Stonehearts of Honkai: Star Rail are a group of high-ranking IPC executives under the command of Diamond, an Emanator of Preservation. Given that the IPC is a major faction in the Honkai: Star Rail universe, the Ten Stonehearts have had a heavy role in the game's main story, with Aventurine particularly relevant in the Penacony arc. Until now, players have only met three Stonehearts in-game: Aventurine, Topaz, and Jade. All Ten Stonehearts members were revealed in an earlier Myriad Celestia trailer, and there's been high anticipation for their next appearance. It seems fans will meet another Stoneheart sooner than expected, according to a recent leak.
A new leak from Uncle G7TDD8tv suggests that either Opal or Diamond will be the next Stoneheart joining the playable roster. Per the leak's description, the character in question has a body model shorter than Yanqing's and can change paths using their skill. This change is similar to how March 7th can change between Imaginary and Ice, except they can switch paths during combat and maintain the same build. The leak also points out that this Stoneheart might come with Version 3.0 or future updates. Considering that Honkai: Star Rail isn't done with the Ten Stonehearts storyline, there is a strong possibility that players will see more of this group in the future.
Honkai: Star Rail Leaks Next Playable Stoneheart
Honkai: Star Rail has previously revealed Opal's appearance and players know that he is a man of short height. Meanwhile, Diamond has not been seen in any official content so far. Moreover, Diamond isn't exactly a member of the Ten Stonehearts, but their leader. This could mean that the leaked playable Stoneheart is more likely Opal. There is little official information about Opal, but it's confirmed that he's a P46 employee of the IPC, which means he is among the highest-ranking Stonehearts along with Jade and Obsidian. It is also known that both Opal and Diamond were in favor of Aventurine's return in his trial.
On the other hand, the leak shares some discouraging news for Screwllum fans, revealing that his kit keeps getting altered, and his final version is far from being done. Though previous Honkai: Star Rail leaks of Screwllum suggested that he might become playable soon, it seems this won't be the case.
Version 3.0 isn't on the horizon yet for Honkai: Star Rail fans, as the game has barely reached the second half of its 2.5 update. However, there are already several rumors about Version 2.7 and the arrival of Sunday and a 5-star Tingyun. Rappa is also making her debut in-game soon, with her banner and Light Cone coming in Version 2.6.
