A new Honkai: Star Rail has revealed the whole kit of an upcoming character currently known as Jade. Developer HoYoverse has been introducing tons of new playable units in every new update that arrives, with the five-star Quantum user Sparkle being the most recent addition.
She arrived in the second banner phase of the current Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.0, which also introduced Black Swan and Misha in the first part of the update. A new post on the Honkai Star Rail Leaks subreddit has given more information about a mysterious character named Jade who is expected to join the roster in the future. At the moment, there are not a lot of official details about this new Honkai: Star Rail character who is yet to make an official appearance in the game. Here is a summary of Jade's kit provided by the leak:
- Character Rarity: Five-star
- Element: Quantum
- Path: Erudition
- Skill: Jade can choose one character to buff for a certain number of turns. If an ally is buffed, they will sacrifice a portion of their HP to receive a powerful Speed buff. If a buffed ally uses an attack, it will provide Jade with flat Energy. If Jade buffs herself, her attacks will deal additional Quantum damage.
- Ultimate: Jade deals a large amount of Quantum damage to all enemies. Using this ultimate will also increase the damage potential of Jade's follow-up attacks.
- Passive: Once Jade reaches a certain number of stacks, she can consume them to increase her Attack percentage or perform a follow-up attack on all enemies on the field. Jade gets a certain number of stacks each time a buffed ally attacks an enemy.
- Stacks: Jade can acquire stacks whenever she uses her Basic or Ultimate or if a buffed ally performs an attack.
