According to the leak, Cipher will be joining Star Rail's roster as a DPS unit with her gameplay heavily centered around boosting her own damage. Phainon is reportedly set to join the roster as a new Physical Destruction character with his kit allowing him to take multiple actions per turn. The leak also teases Hyacine's element, with Hyacine joining as a Physical Remembrance character focused around healing.
The new leaks surrounding Amphoreus' future cast members should give players a better idea about what to expect from the world's roster.
