Beyond Version 3.2's confirmed addition of Castorice and Anaxa, leaks have hinted at Hyacine, Cipher, and Phainon becoming playable alongside unrevealed characters like Hysilens. A new leak is now showing off one particular aspect of Cipher's upcoming in-game debut.

Cipher was first confirmed during HoYoverse's grand reveal of Amphoreus, serving as one of the "Chrysos Heir" characters making up the world's main cast. Honkai: Star Rail Leak Details Cipher's Signature Light Cone
A leak shared by prominent HoYoverse leaker Shiroha is providing details about Cipher's signature Light Cone's effects. Cipher's L i ght Cone will provide a Crit Rate bonus at a flat rate, similar to other Light Cones which provide raw stat boosts alongside their special effects. The Light Cone's unique ability benefits characters relying on their Skill for their main damage source, shredding an enemy's DEF when hit with a Skill from the wearer and receiving a boost if it was a critical hit. Cipher is rumored to release alongside her signature Light Cone with Version 3.3 on May 23.
