Xianzhou Luofu in Honkai: Star Rail is a part of the Xianzhou Alliance. This means that there are other "Xianzhou" ships roaming around the galaxy, each with their own leaders and significant figures.
Among the many members of the alliance, Yunli comes from Xianzhou Zhuming. She's the granddaughter of Zhuming's general, Huaiyan. Although young, the skills she learned from Huaiyan make her one of the most notable swordmasters in the Flamewheel Octet. Before you can see what Yunli can do, however, you must first collect Yunli ascension materials in HSR and make sure her level is high enough to go against strong enemies.
