Penacony Paperfold University College in Honkai: Star Rail offers three disciplines from which students can choose. The three academies are Fortune (for business), Dreamweaver (for building Dreamscapes), and Charmony (for entertainment). The campus has a placement test that assigns students to the most recommended academy, but they're free to reject the recommendation and pick their own discipline. However, this rarely happens and people typically go with the assigned class.
Trailblazers will also experience the placement test and can pick the discipline they want. Regardless of the assigned academy, players can attend the three classes of the different academies. Doing so will grant the Welcome to the Classroom of Academic Freedom achievement in Honkai: Star Rail.

Welcome To The Classroom Of Academic Freedom Achievement Location In HSR
To get the Welcome to the Classroom of Academic Freedom achievement in Honkai: Star Rail, players must attend three classes of the three academies at HSR Penacony Paperfold University College. All the classes are held in the same room, south of the Cultural Corridor Space Anchor.
Each class is held at a different time, so players need to refresh the map after every class. This can be done by teleporting to another map (within Penacony is fine) and then returning to the campus.
Welcome To The Classroom Of Academic Freedom Achievement In Honkai: Star Rail
The first class is the Fortune Academy lecture. Attend it to meet a Pepeshi Student who ask for your picture and autograph. Later on, you can get another achievement from this Pepeshi in Honkai: Star Rail. Refresh the map to meet the Dreamweaver lecturer. Not much happens in this class as the Trailblazer simply dozes off and will get scolded by the professor.
Finally, warp away from the Penacony Paperfold University College in Honkai: Star Rail and come back to meet the Charmony Academy Lecturer. As the most carefree class among the three, players will see that the room is filled with non-human students. Apparently, the attendees are currently into cosplaying, and they invite the protagonist to roleplay as a character too.
Trailblazers can roleplay as Clockie, Brother Hanu, or Origami Bird in HSR. It doesn't matter what shape you take, but it'll certainly make the class livelier.

After the first lecture, players will get a text from March saying that someone is selling the Trailblazer's signed photo. Confront the Pepeshi Student at the Dean's office, north of Penacony Paperfold University College Origami Bird Great Tree to get What Goes Around, Comes Around achievement in Honkai: Star Rail.
