Amphoreus is the latest planet in Honkai: Star Rail, and it is getting bigger with the new area expansion in version 3.2. One of the new areas is called "Demigod Council" Dawncloud, and it can be considered as the Council of Elders' headquarters.
In the Trailblaze Mission "Through the Petals in the Land of Repose," Anaxagoras will be the one invited to this location to discuss matters about the Chrysos Heir and end the Flame-Chase Journey. Although the story makes it seem that Anaxa is betraying the Chrysos Heirs, he makes the revelation about his stance by the end of the quest by ultimately siding with them.
"Demigod Council" Dawncloud Treasure Locations In Honkai: Star Rail
There are a total of 23 treasure chests, including Spirithief and a single chest from a hidden achievement. Follow the guide below for the easiest route in getting all these treasure chests in "Demigod Council" Dawncloud of Honkai: Star Rail. Before starting, make sure to unlock this map first by completing the Trailblaze Mission "Through the Petals in the Land of Repose."
1. Warp to Sacred Path of Dawncloud Space Anchor and get on the steps to the right side to get the first treasure chest behind a breakable shield.
2. Go to the opposite side of the steps, and you can find another treasure chest beside the long chair.
3. From the previous spot, walk to the north before turning west to head upstairs and claim a Basic Treasure beside Eacus.
4. Head to the edge of the room for a Golden Scapegoat puzzle. Complete this puzzle by lighting up the altar, and you can claim the rewards.
5. Walk to the opposite side of this room and you can find a chest beside the huge shelf.
6. Inside the same room, complete the Prophecy Tablet by rearranging the fragments to match the pattern on the left and get the rewards.
7. Guide your character to the main road and continue heading north before the Janus' Passage to find a Basic Treasure.
8. Next, teleport to Demigod Council: Forecourt Space Anchor, and walk along the road to the left side of the circular area to get the next chest.
9. Return to the same space anchor, and this time, walk to the right side of the circular area for the ninth treasure in "Demigod Council" Dawncloud by completing the Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
10. Head up the stairs leading north and midway, look to the right for a small space, and get the treasure chest behind the two NPCs.
11. The previous chest will be stolen by a Spirithief. Capture it using the power of Oronyx to get extra Stellar Jades and the chest back.
12. Continue going up the stairs and look to the left side before breaking the two shields to get the Basic Treasure behind them.
13. Use the Demigod Council Space Anchor and walk to the right side of the arena to the edge and claim the chest.
14. Return to the previous space anchor, and this time, walk to the left side to complete the Prophecy Tablet and claim the rewards.
15. Go to the space anchor once again and walk straight across the bridge. After you make it to the end of the bridge, look to the left to find a treasure chest.
16. Continue walking forward towards the Janus' Passage for the sixteenth chest in this area.
17. Now, teleport to Titan Cliff: Entrance Space Anchor and walk forward until you reach a Enlightenment called The Titan Cliff. Once you interact with it, a Spirithief will appear and steal it. Capture the Spirithief to get a reward and a hidden achievement called Thief Steals Stealthily.
18. Continue following the one-way road, and you will find another chest above the steps.
19. Use the elevator to reach the higher area and interact with the stone control platform to control the Hand of Zagreus. Find five Coins of Whimsy around the platform to spawn the hidden chest.
20. Head up the stairs for a Basic Treasure at the corner of the stairs behind three NPCs.
21. The next reward is from the Golden Scapegoat puzzle, which can be interacted with above the stairs from the previous position.
22. Now, you need to offer greetings to Kephale in 3 different spots in 5 correct orders. Once you do it correctly, a treasure chest will appear at the top of the stairs. By claiming the chest, you will also get a hidden achievement called Chirping Secret: Path of Pilgrimage.
23. For the last treasure chest in Honkai: Star Rail "Demigod Council" Dawncloud, you can go to the Worldbearing Altar: Audience Hall Space Anchor. Then, walk around the arena to reach the opposite side and get the treasure chests between the two Flying Amphoras.
