On 4-pieces, the Scholar Lost in Erudition Relic set enhances Ultimate and Skill DMG. It grants its wearer a massive 45% extra DMG on their Skill, which can be deadly for some characters.
Sadly, since it specifically enhances Ultimate and Skill, it's not useful for some damage dealers like Imbibitor Lunae and follow-up attack DPS.
Best Characters To Use Scholar Lost in Erudition Relic In Honkai: Star Rail

Once Jingliu enters her Spectral Transmigration state, she will gain a new enhanced Skill that will be further buffed by 45% from the Scholar Lost in Erudition Relic set. Not to mention, her Ultimate will also hit harder with that 20% buff. On top of all that, Jingliu needs her Ult to keep herself in her Spectral state, which makes the Scholar Lost in Erudition Relic set even better for her.
