Old Weapon Testing Ground in Honkai: Star Rail was introduced in version 1.4, and players can access it after completing the Trailblazer Mission that involves Topaz & Numby. It’s called Trailblaze Continuance: Future Market and it unlocks after completing Obsequies Performed, A Long Road Ahead, which is the quest after beating Phantylia the Undying in Honkai: Star Rail Xianzhou Luofu.

After finishing the Future Market, the Aetherium Wars will be available in this area. Sadly, this also means people can’t access F1 of the Old Weapon Testing Ground unless they progress through the mini-game. Once all are done, though, Trailblazers can easily visit all Old Weapon Testing Ground Treasure Chest locations in Honkai: Star Rail.

Old Weapon Testing Ground Treasure Locations In Honkai: Star Rail

There are five Treasure Chests in the Old Weapon Testing Ground in Honkai: Star Rail. Four of them are in F2, while the final one is in F1. The first four can be found as soon as the area becomes available, but the F1 Old Weapon Testing Ground Treasure Chest demands people to complete the Aetherium Wars challenge. The entire place is a safe zone, so there’s no enemy, Warp Trotter, or secret Chests in the area.

The blue marker signifies a chest underneath the platform, on the lower level.

The first Chest is near the Aetherium Wars Terminal.

Next, head to the platform overlooking the battle arena to claim the second Old Weapon Testing Ground Basic Treasure Chest in Honkai: Star Rail.

Go downstairs to the lower ground and turn left to get the fourth Honkai: Star Rail Treasure Chest.

Go to the other side of the lower level and open the fourth Old Weapon Testing Ground Treasure Chest.

After completing the Aetherium Wars game in Honkai: Star Rail, head back to the F1 arena and go to the eastern side of the available road. Near the fences is the final Old Weapon Testing Ground Basic Treasure Chest.

How To Get To Old Weapon Testing Ground F1 In Honkai: Star Rail

To unlock Old Weapon Testing Ground F1 in Honkai: Star Rail, players must progress through the Aetherium Wars mini-game until they reach the fifth Victory Zone and get the Final Showdown! Intergalactic Celebration! Quest. This means it’s mandatory to complete all four Victory Zones, but players don’t need 100% completion in the exploration or do Hyperlink Matches.

After completing the Great Mine (fourth Victory Zone), head back to the Goethe Hotel and speak with March to talk about the tournament. Then, return to the Old Weapon Testing Ground and speak with Wilder. After registering with Wilder, the guard that was blocking the elevator will now stand at the side instead, and Trailblazers can finally head to the lower floor.
