Honkai: Star Rail is not only a meme mine where the developer seems to be having fun with the easter eggs they put in the game, but players can also find plenty of hidden tasks in the most random places. For instance, you can find a random Pom-Pom doll which will eventually lead to an achievement called Magique Pepeshi in Honkai: Star Rail, where it's revealed that the strange Pepeshi in the hidden task is actually a Mimic who takes the form of a Pepeshi.
Other than Pepeshi-related tasks, players can also find Intellitron who's up to no good. One of them is the celebrated ace gambler in Aideen Park called Oro. The Intellitron seems like they're unbeatable at the gambling game, which causes people to be suspicious of the legitimacy of his winnings. To witness the celebrated ace gambler's story in Honkai: Star Rail, players must visit four places in total.

Every Gambler Has Their Excuses Achievement In Honkai: Star Rail
To get the No Signal sticker for chapter 11 of the Dreamscape Pass and the Every Gambler Has Their Excuses achievement in Honkai: Star Rail, players must witness the story of Oro, the celebrated ace gambler in Aideen Park. To do this, they must go to four locations in the correct order.
How To Meet The Celebrated Ace Gambler In Aideen Park In Honkai: Star Rail
To meet the celebrated ace gambler, find Oro who's gambling in Aideen Park, at the Golden Hour in Honkai: Star Rail. There will be plenty of people surrounding him, and players will have the option to Listen to the crowd. After triggering the hidden mission, Oro will ask someone to play instead of him to show that the slot machine isn't rigged.
He asks the Trailblazer to play, and you must have at least one Aideen Token to play the slot machine. After playing once, Oro will say that it's proven that he's not cheating.
After experiencing the first part, head to Dream's Edge in Honkai: Star Rail, and find Oro near the Stagnant Shadow boss. Speak to the Intellitron who will ask the Trailblazer to keep an item for him. Once you're done here, go back to the slot machine in Golden Hour to witness the ending of Oro's dangerous stunt.
Oro will win the bet against The Family Rep, then disappear. It looks like Oro's storyline ends, but as there's no reward or achievement, there must be more steps to be taken to close the hidden task.
To complete the celebrated ace gambler's story, find Ferdinand north of Oti Mall Space Anchor at the Golden Hour. Speak to the Intellitron and hand him the item that was given to you by Oro. Ferdinand will say that he does know Oro, and reveal how Oro was able to continuously win the game, which is by cheating. Considering Oro's dirty play, he advises the players to never mention Oro to anyone as it'll only bring them trouble.
After speaking with Ferdinand, he'll hand you more items, and in the end, you'll get the No Signal sticker for the Eldritch Dreamfall (I) chapter of the Dreamscape Pass in Honkai: Star Rail, along with an achievement that's worth five Stellar Jades,
