Honkai: Star Rail

Xianzhou Luofu is the third place in Honkai: Star Rail map, preceding Herta Space Station and Jarilo-VI. Unlike Jarilo-VI which is currently in distress and is struggling to maintain its livelihood due to the eternal snow, Xianzhou Luofu is on the prosperous side of the scale.

The place is known to be home to creatures that can live for an inhumane number of years, but plenty of typical mortals also live there. Despite their age limit, both groups are often passionate about their craft, which is why it’s no surprise that there are several different commissions in the place where people can practice their interests. In the Artisanship Commission, players can find a researcher who’ll eventually unlock the Lunarescent Rim achievement in Honkai: Star Rail.

Lunarescent Rim Achievement In Honkai: Star Rail

The Lunarescent Rim achievement in Honkai: Star Rail can be collected by finding an Aurumaton Gatekeeper on the southeastern side of the Artisanship Commission.

Head to Xianzhou Luofu and switch to the Artisanship Commission map, then use the southeastern Space Anchor. Head north to find two people and an Aurumaton Gatekeeper.

Listen to the conversation and claim that players are here to help with the research. One of the two will start some sort of synchronization, but the experiment quickly went sideways.

Fight the raged Aurumaton Gatekeeper to continue the hidden task. Players must beat the robot to complete the quest, so it’s important to bring the correct counters. Aurumaton Gatekeeper is weak to Wind, Lightning, and Quantum, and has a 40% Resistance to Imaginary. Therefore, players should steer clear of Imaginary characters like Welt and use Honkai: Star Rail units like Seele, Jing Yuan, Kafka, and Wind Dan Heng instead.

After entering Sanction Mode, this Elite Enemy will summon two Entranced Ingenium: Illumination Dragonfish. The fishes are weak to Physical, Lightning, and Imaginary, which means the two enemy types share a weakness to Lightning Element.

Although not so deadly in hits, the Dragonfish can greatly reduce the team’s DEF, taking 30% DEF off for two turns with its fire breath. This means a cleanser can help with the team’s survivability. Additionally, when the Dragonfish is defeated, it will explode, dealing damage to its own allies’ HP and Toughness. This detonation also has a chance to reduce the allies’ DEF by 30%.

Considering all that, defeating the Dragonfish can be vital in both maintaining the team’s survivability and beating the Aurumaton Gatekeeper faster.

After the Aurumaton Gatekeeper is defeated, the researcher will apologize for putting players and the other person in danger, and decide to change the research topic. Once the dialogue is exhausted, the Lunarescent Rim achievement in Honkai: Star Rail is rewarded along with two Adventure Logs.

No Stellar Jade is given from this task, but the achievement does grant five Jades. People can find it in The Memories We Share section of the achievement book.
