For that, going with 4pc of The Wind-Soaring Valorous greatly increases her overall DPS. The set’s 4pc passive effect works easily as each of Feixiao’s Ultimate hits are considered Follow-up attacks. This ability also allows 4pc of The Ashblazing Grand Duke to be one of Feixiao’s best Relics in Honkai: Star Rail.
