Oksana is a Penacony NPC from Honkai Star Rail with three hidden achievements tied to her mini quest. These three quests, “Lord of War”, “Better Late Than Never”, and “Dishonored Legacy” are exclusive to each other. Getting one means locking out the other achievements, but these only count as one achievement on the tracker.

Penacony Grand Theater in Honkai: Star Rail might look small, but it has over 30 treasures for players to collect.
Earning any of these achievements is tied to player choices within the quest “Clockwork: Oksana”. Luckily for players, their choice sat the end is the deciding factor for what achievement they’ll unlock, and no other choice. Otherwise, they only need to follow the steps outlined in the quest.
Where In Penacony Can You Find Oksana
Oksana can be found at Clock Studios Theme Park, at the ticket lobby to the right of the Screening Area Entrance Space Anchor. The area is accessible after clearing the Trailblaze Mission “Why Do the Heathen Rage”. Since players are immediately teleported into Acheron’s POV after completing the mission, they have to teleport to Clock Studios Theme Park immediately afterward.
Once the area is unlocked, find Oksana off the Screening Area entrance beside a plant. Talk to her and activate Clockwork to unlock her Emo Dial. A “Happy” Gear is required to get her to open up.
After tuning, Oksana will ask the player to help her. Select any of the three options. Oksana will then ask the player to fetch a package from the corner of the theme park and deliver it to a contact.
What Do You Need To Do For Oksana
Oksana’s toy package is located south of the Screening Area. Use the Hanu Gang Base Space Anchor at F2 level. Follow the map and find the toy on the shelf in the street corner.
Afterward, open the map to Golden Hour. Teleport to the Peppy Pepeshi’s Salon Space Anchor on F1 and follow the quest marker up the stairs. The contact is hiding behind a column right beside a short flight of stairs.
Go back to the Screening Area and find Oksana with a Mysterious Stranger. Confront Oksana about their conversation. Then, teleport to the Theme Park Entrance Space Anchor on F1 to the right of the Screening Area and talk to the Mysterious Stranger again.
How To Unlock Oksana's Hidden Achievements In Penacony
At this point, players can decide Oksana’s fate. They can confront her and turn her in, accept her bribe, or take a third option. All options will reward the player with 5 Star Jades through the corresponding hidden achievement.
Lord Of War Hidden Achievement
“Lord of War” is the easiest achievement to unlock. Players only need to go back to Oksana and confront her over her weapon smuggling scheme. They must then select “You can keep your filthy blood money.” When bribed and watch Woolsey and the Bloodhounds take Oksana away.
Better Late Than Never
“Better Late Than Never” takes a few more steps. After confronting Oksana, select “That’s what I meant.” To accept her bribe. When the game loads in after Oksana leaves, teleport to the Theme Park Entrance then follow the marker to Woolsey and report Oksana.
Dishonored Legacy
“Dishonored Legacy” takes the other path to the last choice in “Better Late Than Never”. Instead of seeking Woolsey out, players must teleport out of Clock Studios Theme Park. The hidden achievement is unlocked after getting away with Oksana’s in-story bribe.
