A Honkai: Star Rail leak has revealed more details about a new character named Feixiao who is expected to join the roster in an upcoming update. HoYoverse has introduced an interesting pattern of releasing two five-star characters with every update, one for each banner phase.
The ongoing Version 2.2 added the famous Halovian singer Robin in the first banner cycle and the Galaxy Ranger known as Boothill in the second phase. Honkai: Star Rail's recent livestream event has confirmed the arrival of two new playable units in update 2.3, Firefly and Jade.

One of the more credible leakers in the Honkai: Star Rail community named UBatcha1 has revealed details about a new playable character named Feixao, who could join the playable roster in the coming months. At the moment, there is not a lot of official information about Feixiao other than that she is one of the seven Arbiter-Generals of the Xianzhou Alliance's Cloud Knights. According to Ubatcha1, Feixiao could be a very offensive character with a kit that relies on DoT effects.

The leaked kit description is still somewhat unclear, which usually indicates that the character won't be joining the roster in at least three to four months. A couple of fans have pointed out that the fact that Feixiao's kit seems to include a little bit of everything is usually not a good sign. However, another credible leaker, hxg_diluc, has previously revealed that Feixiao will be the most powerful Honkai: Star Rail five-star character in the Version 2 updates, alongside the previously released Acheron.
The only confirmed thing about Feixiao's release date is that she won't appear in updates 2.3 or 2.4. Even though Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.3 won't arrive for at least 10 more days, the game has recently revealed the two characters that will be featured on a limited banner during update 2.4, confirming the arrival of Yunli and Jiaqiu.
Yunli will be a new five-star Physical user who follows the Path of Destruction, meaning that she will probably be a flexible offensive unit. Jiaqiu's official splash art has revealed that he belongs to the Nihility path and his attacks will deal Fire damage. Going by HoYoverse's regular update schedule, Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.4 should drop around July 30.
