Honkai: Star Rail's latest version update, version 2.0, introduces the world of Penacony to the exploration list. Players are now immersed in a new set of characters, gameplay mechanics, quests, and more. Alongside these additions come numerous hidden elements such as Origami Birds and Dreampass Stickers, which expand the scope of exploration beyond treasure chests and readable items. While many new quests have been added, not all are immediately visible, with some events being more clandestine or requiring multiple days to complete, like the Crystal Chalice mini-hidden event.

magique pepeshi achievement in honkai star rail
Honkai: Star Rail – Strange Doll In The VIP Lounge Locations (Magique Pepeshi Achievement)

To get the Magique Pepeshi achievement in Honkai: Star Rail, players must find the Strange Doll in the VIP Lounge and discover its secret.

Clockwork Quests represent another aspect introduced in this update. These quests are not marked on the map like other side quests and require players to find them first. Furthermore, players must obtain specific Emo Dials (Calm, Happy, Sad, or Angry) to progress in these quests. Upon completion, players can receive rewards such as Stellar Jades, Clock Credits for leveling up the Clockie Statue, Dreamscape Pass Stickers, and other resources. Players shouldn't overlook these quests to maximize their exploration experience in Honkai: Star Rail.

Every Clockwork Quest Location In Honkai: Star Rail

Every Clockwork Quest Location In Honkai_ Star Rail

As of now, there are a total of 14 Clockwork Quests in Penacony. Most of these NPCs are located in Golden Hour, but players should also pay attention to places like Dream's Edge and The Reverie (Dreamscape), as they also feature a few of these quests. Players can keep track of all Clockwork Quests in their quest log, under the Clockwork section, to ensure they are not missing out on any of them.

Players can also utilize Psychic Detectives by providing them with one Aideen Token to help locate any quests they might be missing out on, similar to have the Great Tree Origami Bird NPC would give hints. However, it's important to note that two of the Clockwork quests (Lew Archer and Mullich) cannot be found using this method. Therefore, players should ensure that they have completed these quests on their own.

Emo Gear Locations In Honkai: Star Rail

Emo Gear Locations In Honkai_ Star Rail

While it may seem like players need to collect a lot of the four different emotions of these gears, luckily, players are not required to find all of them to have enough to activate each Clockwork quest. There is an abundance of these gears compared to the quests available as of now. Players should keep an eye out for investigating certain interactable objects and absorbing emotions from NPCs to collect the required amount. Most of the gears are located in Golden Hour, but Dream's Edge, Child's Dream and The Reverie (Dreamscape) also have a few that might be helpful to some players. Players can also check the current amount of gears they own by checking the Missions section in their inventories.
