With a cast of more than 35 playable characters, players of HoYoverse's newest sci-fi RPG have plenty of powerful options to choose from when building their teams. The game has seen a wide variety of characters flourish as some of the best options, including popular choices like Silver Wolf, Seele, and Fu Xuan among others. Now, a new chart shows off who players are using the most in Version 1.5.

Version 1.5's launch saw the addition of one new character to Honkai: Star Rail's playable roster with two more set to arrive later in the update. The first half of the update welcomed new healer unit Huohuo to the roster, serving as the game's first Wind Abundance character featuring helpful team-wide healing and buffs. The update's second half is set to bring a new five-star character with Physical Hunt character Argenti, as well as Hanya as a new Wind Harmony character. Early reports from Version 1.5 are giving a glimpse at the game's most popular and powerful characters.

A new chart shared by prominent Honkai: Star Rail leaker hxg_diluc shows off the most-played characters in Honkai: Star Rail's Version 1.5 from a sample size of 23,844 players. Fu Xuan leads Star Rail's top tier of characters with an astounding 95.8% usage rate, with the Quantum unit commonly seen as the game's strongest tank. Fu Xuan is joined in the top tier by five-star support character Bronya, Version 1.1 healer Luocha, and Version 1.4's Jingliu. Each character boasts usage rates above 90% within the surveyed Honkai: Star Rail players.

Seele continues to impress as Honkai: Star Rail's first-ever limited character, achieving a 65% play rate as one of the game's most popular DPS units. The post also shares the characters with the dubious honor of the lowest usage rates, with Arlan and Hook sitting at 0.1% usage.
