All Mask Shard Locations In Silksong
There are a total of 20 Mask Shards in Hollow Knight: Silksong, meaning the maximum HP Hornet can have is 10 HP. After getting all the Mask Shards, players will unlock the Masked achievement, bringing themselves closer to that 100% completion.

Mask Shard Location #1 - Bone Bottom
The first Mask Shard can be bought from the merchant in Bone Bottom camp, shortly after Hornet leaves Moss Grotto. It costs 300 Rosaries, which can be a little hefty at the beginning of the game.
Mask Shard Location #2 - Deep Docks
The next Mask Shard is located on the border between The Marrow and Deep Docks, north of the Bellway fast travel point.
Mask Shard Location #3 - Far Fields
The first Mask Shard in Far Fields is hidden and obtainable only after Hornet gets the Drifter's Cloak, which requires the completion of the Flexile Spines quest in Silksong.
From the Seamstress' Balloon, go right until you see a wind current up. Use it, and float to another one to reach a cliff.
From the cliffside, you can see some platforms with exploding rocks. Hit the burning rock to unleash a wind current, and keep doing that until you can reach the hidden passage to the left.
Keep doing the same thing inside until Hornet can reach the exploding rock on the ceiling. Use the wind current for a boost, then hit the rock to make it fall.
The explosion will reveal the Mask Shard under the ground.
Mask Shard Location #4 - Wormways
From Wormways Simple Key door in Silksong, drop down to the water, and pay attention to the breakable wall on the right. Destroy it to reveal a Mask Shard.

Mask Shard Location #5 - Shellwood
South of where players can get the Cling Grip skill in Silksong, there's a passage that leads east. Complete the platforming test to get rewarded with a Mask Shard at the end of the room.
Mask Shard Location #6 - Songclave (Choral Chambers)
After saving Jubilana in The Wandering Merchant quest in Silksong, spend 750 Rosary Beads for a Mask Shard.
Mask Shard Location #7 - Whispering Vault
Try to recall how you got the Whispering Vault map in Silksong, as this Mask Shard is also hidden in the same way, where Hornet must hit the ceiling to unlock a secret passage up.
Head to the spot south of the bench, then keep hitting the ceiling until a pole ladder drops. Use it to go up, then hit the box that blocks the way to access the upper room.
Once up there, climb the box from the right side, then head left to find the Whispering Vaults Mask Shard.
Mask Shard Location #8 - Cogwork Core
From where you get the task of obtaining the Threefold Melody in Silksong, jump down the passage on the floor, then keep descending until there's an opening to the left. Continue going west until you're locked in an arena battle, and the Mask Shard will be up the hall that unlocks afterward.
If you go north before this arena battle, you can find the place to use the Cogheart in Silksong.

Mask Shard Location #9 - Savage Beastfly Quest
Promise the Wish on Bellhart Wishwall to slay the Savage Beastfly, and get a Mask Shard as a reward. The beast is waiting for you where you fought the Fourth Chorus boss in Silksong.
Mask Shard Location #10 - Far Fields Skull Cave
This Mask Shard is accessible only after getting the Clawline skill in Silksong. Keep heading east from the Seamstress's location until you reach a spot with an unexplored northern part. Use your Act 2 ability to reach the skull cave.
Mask Shard Location #11 - Weavenest Atla
After being warped to the lower side of Weavenest Atla, jump on the wall using Double Jump in Silksong, and keep sticking until you find a way to go right. Go right, then down.
At the bottom, find a breakable wall to the right to enter a chamber with The Marrow theme. Complete the parkour challenge to get a Mask Shard.
Mask Shard Location #12 - Bilewater
Either from the northern side of Putrified Ducts or the southern Bilewater Bellway, find a passage to the vertical room right above the word "Bilewater" on the map.
There will be a long hall heading east, which has a Mask Shard at the end of it.

Mask Shard Location #13 - The Slab
To get the Mask Shard in The Slab, players must first get the Key of Apostate in Silksong. After getting the key, use it to open the locked door on the upper side of the prison area.
Mask Shard Location #14 - Mount Fay
After getting the Double Jump skill on Mount Fay, revisit the bench on the southwestern side, and find a broken tower to the left. Climb inside to collect the Mask Shard.
Mask Shard Location #15 - Wisp Thicket
Find the hidden route to reach the Wisp Thicket in Silksong (from Greymoor).
Head right to the bench, then climb up to find another route to the right. Here, you must keep swimming in the maggot water until there's a place to jump onto. Bounce between the walls, and the Mask Shard would be on the left side.
Mask Shard Location #16 - Brightvein
The next five Mask Shards are only obtainable after entering the secret Act 3 in Silksong. First, find the secret room called Brightvein in Mount Fay.
Use 
Silk Soar to reach the opening in the ceiling, then destroy the ice until you can go right.
Enter Brightvein and complete the platforming test to reach the top, where the Mask Shard is.

Mask Shard Location #17 - Sprintmaster Swift Reward
Accept Sprintmaster Swift's Fastest in Pharloom quest in Silksong, then find his location on the east-most side of Far Fields. The Sprintmaster will give a Mask Shard after you win the race against him three times.
Mask Shard Location #18 - Dark Hearts Quest
Complete the Dark Hearts quest from Bellhart Wishwall to get the 18th Mask Shard in Silksong.
Mask Shard Location #19 - The Hidden Hunter
The Hidden Hunter quest in Silksong is the third Hunt mission that gives a Mask Shard as its reward.
Mask Shard Location #20 - Blasted Steps
Return to Blasted Steps, where Hornet refuses to leave Pharloom, but instead of attempting to exit the kingdom, use Silk Soar to open a hidden room above. At the top of the room is the final Mask Shard location in HK Silksong.
