Most shooters are plagued by a lack of enemy variety, and Squanch Games' High on Life is no different. Shooter fans often have to shoot through swarms of rinse-and-repeat faceless grunts as they fight to complete whatever objective they are aiming for. This can get pretty annoying and repetitive as the game constantly throws the same things at the player until they fill a bar or wipe out a certain amount of waves. A lot of these games offer slight variations, but they are not enough to really shake the gameplay up.
High On Life Has Some of the Best Enemy Dialogue of Any FPS Title
Max has loved video games ever since he booted up his friend's N64 and played Mario Kart. He quickly spent all his allowance on any game he could get his hands on, and spent hours playing a dusty PS2. Since then, his passion has taken over his life and he created a YouTube channel under the name Maxmax24 as well as a Tiktok that lets him share his passion. Max pursued Journalism and English at NDSU so that he could spend even more time talking about his favorite hobby, and The Best War Games has given him the ability to do just that.
