As the opening montage shows in High on Life 2, the Bounty Hunter the player inhabits has a lot on their plate. With commercials to shoot, targets to stab, and autographs to sign, the player may choose not to explore the museum found outside their house at the beginning of the game, given the urgency of their main mission.

However, if you’re an achievement hunter, you should know there is an award for fully exploring the Bounty Hunter Museum. Most players will see most of the exhibits they need to visit just by progressing the main objective normally, but it’s worth pointing out if you’re the type of player who wants to wring every virtual trinket from the game. Here’s how to visit every exhibit in High on Life 2.

How to Get the 'Bountilogical Studies PhD' Achievement in High on Life 2

This isn’t a hidden achievement, but if you’re rushing to get into the thick of the action in High on Life 2, you may miss your initial opportunity to tick this one off. And, since you can’t manually save like in the first game, you’ll need to start a new save if you didn’t explore the area the first time. That said, it should only take you five minutes or so to get to this point if you start a new save file.

Most players will see most of the exhibits just by playing through the main objective, which at this point is to reclaim your weapons — Sweezy, Knifey, and Gus — from different parts of the area. This will take you to most of the exhibits anyway, with the names of each in big lettering at the back of each exhibit. The full list is:

  • 'Earth Welcomes Gatlians,' where you’ll find Gus.
  • 'Journey of a Hero,' where you’ll find Sweezy.
  • G3 Killer.

Inside the museum are all sorts of artifacts from your first adventure, like the statue of the Bounty Hunter atop a defeated Garmantous, or previous guns you’ve used. Each artifact has a button to press and some lore for you to hear, which might prove useful if you didn’t play the first game. However, you don’t need to press each button for the achievement to pop: just enter the G3 Killer exhibit after retrieving your guns, and you’ll have the achievement.
