Where to Find the Pizza Oven
How to Unlock Mount Hothead
Like the Soda Machine and Cotton Candy Machine, the Pizza Oven isn't located in anyone's store or cafe. You'll find it on Mount Hot Head, up the path northeast from the Mount Hothead Mailbox (where you'll first meet Retsuko). To use it, you're going to need Dough. You can get this item by giving Retsuko gifts.
How to Use Three Ingredients
When you first use the Pizza Oven, you'll only be able to cook with two ingredients: Dough, and one ingredient of your choice (ex: Flour). To cook with three ingredients, you're going to need to upgrade the Pizza Oven Station, which unlocks when Retsuko has level 9 friendship.
A recommended gift for Retsuko is the Volcano Soundtrack. This is a 2-heart gift, and you can get its crafting plans from a chest on the Mount Hothead shore. Volcano Soundtrack requires the following materials:
- x1 Mechanism
- x5 Obsidian Shard
- x5 Toasted Almond
You can also give Retsuko the Sounds of Steel album. You'll need these instead:
- x1 Mechanism
- x5 Ingot
- x5 Spark
Until you unlock Retsuko's 3-heart gift (Volcanic Guitar, crafting plans from TOPHAT), you're better off giving Retsuko the Volcano Soundtrack. This is because its crafting materials are less valuable than the Sounds of Steel album. Ingot and Spark are common materials used in crafting plans and repairing machines, so you should use them sparingly.

How to Unlock Pizza Recipes
As mentioned, the Pizza Oven requires Dough for the base ingredient, much like the Oven requires Flour, Soda Machine requires Fizzy Crystal, etc. As long as you have Dough, you'll be able to cook with the Pizza Oven. There aren't as many pizza recipes as there are dessert machine recipes, but several pizza types are 2-heart and 3-heart gifts, so if you need something to give to specific characters, you'll want to make the most of it.
