Snow Concert Start Time and Schedule in Heartopia

The Snow Concert runs on a rotating schedule throughout the Winter Frost season:

Opening Week: The concert runs every day during the first week.
Week Two: Concerts switch to weekend-only events.
Closing Week (Week Six): The final concert runs daily for at least seven days.

The Snow Concert runs daily at 7:00 PM server time during the first and last weeks of the season. During the middle weeks, it shifts to a weekend-only schedule.

To track the event time, click the snowman icon in the UI, open the middle tab, and select the Snow Concert event. This screen will show whether the concert is in preparation and how much time remains before it starts.

If you miss a concert one day, don’t worry. You can attend it again on the following days while it’s active.

How to Start and Complete the Snow Concert Quest in Heartopia

Before entering the concert, make sure to pick up the Snow Concert Quest from Atara, who is located near the top of the map in the event area. Once the concert becomes available, head through the portal to enter the Concert Realm at Onsen Mountain.

After entering, your quest objectives will tell you to rest near the stage and wait for the first performance to start. While you’re waiting, you can do a bunch of things in the Concert Realm.

Explore the Concert Realm

The Concert Realm is designed as a small but detailed social space. Players can interact with each other and explore themed decor and photo-op locations. Not only that, they can even ice skate around the rink while waiting for the show to begin. The whole area includes decorative elements like icy crystal walls, festive lights, themed slides, and winter props that resemble an actual concert venue.

Visit the Concert Souvenir Shop

At the entrance of the Concert Realm, you’ll find Ka Ching, who runs the Concert Souvenir Shop. Items available include glow sticks, musical fireworks, and party poppers. You can purchase these items using Fashion Wave Tokens, not any other in-game currency.

Once the opening concert begins, a fireworks show lights up the sky. Make sure to keep your camera ready and take some photos of the fireworks. After the fireworks, Concert Bubbles might also occasionally pop up around the venue.
