In Heartopia, the Winter Frost event brings more than just snow-covered paths and cozy decorations; it also introduces brand-new seasonal recipes that can’t be cooked on a regular stove. To make frosted pancakes, iced drinks, and other winter festival treats, you’ll need a special cooking station called the Penguin Stove. How to Get Penguin Stove in Heartopia
The Penguin Stove is a special item, available during the Winter Frost event. It is tied directly to the Aurora Banquet quest. However, you won’t be able to craft or use it right away. First, you need to progress through the main event quests for the season.
Once you’ve advanced far enough, speak with Massimo near his bistro by the ice rink. During this conversation, he’ll mention his struggle to prepare food for the festival. To help him, he’ll ask you to make at least one iced drink and a plate of frosted pancakes.
Interestingly, these winter festival recipes cannot be made on a traditional stove. Even if you have all the ingredients, the option simply won’t appear unless you’re using a Penguin Stove.
Talk to Massimo again, and he’ll give you the new recipes and the blueprint for the Penguin Stove. To craft a Penguin Stove, you need the following materials:
- Penguin Material Pack x1
- Quality Timber x10
- Stone x8
If you don’t feel like crafting one, you can find several Penguin Stoves already placed around Massimo’s bistro, found directly in front of the ice rink. These public stoves can be used to cook the required dishes for the quest.
How to Use Penguin Stove in Heartopia
Once crafted, you can place the Penguin Stove inside your home, just like other cooking stations. After placing it, you’ll be able to interact with it to prepare all winter-exclusive meals and drinks.
