Hogwarts Mystery was originally released for mobile devices back in 2018, and it has evolved a lot since then. In this game, players control a Hogwarts student during their lives at the famous school while attending different classes, learning spells, and interacting with a cast of interesting characters. Previously, gamers could live through seven years as Hogwarts students, but the game didn’t continue after that, which is about to change with one of the biggest changes Hogwarts Mystery ever had.

According to previous announcements, Hogwarts Mystery players may even meet Harry Potter briefly during the new expansion. This is not all, though, as Portkey Games has already promised that this is only Volume 1 of the new story and that new towns, wizarding schools, and more content will be unlocked over time, as new expansions are added.
