343 Industries' Halo Infinite has spent the last couple of months garnering praise not only for its exceptional campaign mode which has managed to make Halo feel fresh and new again with an open-world, but for its multiplayer as well. The gameplay feels like classic Halo and the modes, both old and new, are keeping players coming back. However, one aspect of the multiplayer experience that needed serious tweaking was Halo Infinite's shop and 343 Industries is promising that, starting next week, changes will be implemented on that front.

Hook goes on to say that the team will be trying out new things throughout the rest of Halo Infinite's first season, so they can improve on what needs improvement and learn along with their community for upcoming seasons. He insists that fans keep the feedback coming along especially throughout and after the upcoming Cyber Showdown event. Seemingly, 343 Industries wants to keep Halo Infinite's multiplayer an open dialogue with its community and that will only mean good things for the game in the long run.

Recently, 343 Industries has announced that a patch for Big Team Battle was on the way that would fix numerous issues with matchmaking, which seems to be widespread, and problems with rampant cheating. Brian Jarrard, Halo's Community Director, says that the team is well aware of the issue of cheating throughout all of Halo Infinite and says players should expect a fix for that come mid-February. As for the matchmaking issue, Jarrard says that the team believes it has a fix in hand for the core issue and so far it is looking positive coming out of QA.

Maintaining a multiplayer game and its community is something the team at 343 Industries is no stranger to at this point, so players should be rest assured that fixes to certain elements will no doubt come swiftly. It is also a relief that 343 Industries is willing to make changes to pricing in Halo Infinite's store as that is sometimes an issue publishers and developers do not budge on.
